Our Story

Warren Anthony Hair Salon began with a passion for great hair and a vision to create a salon that felt welcoming, relaxed and personal. After years of working in the hair industry and building experience, Warren opened the salon with the aim of offering high standards of hairdressing in a space where every client feels comfortable, looked after and truly listened to.

From the beginning, the focus has always been on more than just hair. It was about creating an experience — somewhere clients could enjoy time for themselves, feel at ease and leave feeling their absolute best. That vision continues to be at the heart of the salon today.

Since opening, the salon has continued to grow and evolve. What started as Warren’s vision has grown into an award-winning boutique salon in Gosport, with Natasha becoming an important part of the journey and Toby adding the warm, friendly character many of our clients know and love.

Today, Warren Anthony Hair Salon is proud to be known for its personalised service, welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail. We are incredibly grateful for the support of our clients and proud of how far the salon has come — and we’re excited for what’s still to come.

We believe that everyone deserves to feel special and indulge themselves, and we have everything on hand for you to just sit back and relax while we take care of your needs. A lot of love, thought and attention to detail have created a space for you to discover one of our specialist treatments or just soak in the atmosphere. Our welcome for every client includes magazines, snacks and refreshments available to spoil yourself throughout your visit. All appointments include our luxury hair wash, which will have you completely relaxed and feeling pampered.

Balayage is the technique of free-hand painting highlights onto the hair, creating a soft and natural gradation of lightness towards the ends. £30 extra if having a root colour.

This is more for topping up areas of a previous balayage or something more subtle. £30 extra with a root colour.

A toner is a product used on hair after it has been subject to bleaching and lightening processes in order to get rid of brassy hair tones or to add tone to enhance the colour achieved The toner works most noticeably on light hair as it does not lift or permanently alter the colour of hair, but rather adds a tone.

Root Tap/Shadow

Root “tapping” is when a tiny amount of your natural colour is applied just on a small amount of hair at the root to soften any lines for softer grow out

Long Or Thick Hair

This is to be added to the service if hair is around the waist or hair is very thick that either needs extra time, colour or that gets easily knotted

Wash & Rough Dry

To be add on when not requiring any styling, This is to make sure that your colour is washed off and then dried to check the client is happy with the result.

Salon Policies

BOOKINGS

Delivering the best care to you is our priority, and that's why we have a cancellation policy in place that we kindly ask for your cooperation with. To secure your booking appointment, a deposit fee of 33% is required, which will be deducted from your session charges.

CONSULTATION

Your first consultation is free of charge. However, if you do not attend your consultation or fail to give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, a £15 fee will be required before a second consultation can be booked.

COLOUR

If you are a new client, it is required by law that you undergo a skin test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Additionally, we request that you schedule a consultation to ensure we allocate sufficient time to achieve your desired result.

If you're only receiving a colour treatment without a cut or blow-dry, a rough dry will be added to your bill. As stylists are allocated time to wash your hair, we cannot allow clients to leave the salon without drying their hair to ensure you're satisfied with the final result.

CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must call at least 48 hours before your appointment and your deposit will either be refunded or pushed for a future appointment. However, providing less than 24 hours notice you will lose your deposit or you will be required to pay a deposit for future appointments.

REPEATED LATE CANCELLATIONS

If a client cancels an appointment with less than 48 hours notice on two occasions within a 12-month period, they will no longer be able to pre-book future appointments. Any future bookings will need to be made within a 72-hour window, subject to availability.

LATE ARRIVAL

We've set aside dedicated time for your appointment, so please arrive 5 minutes early. If you're more than 10 minutes late, we might need to reschedule, and the full fee will still apply.

Your punctuality is greatly appreciated for next appointment.

NO-SHOW POLICY

You will be considered a no-show if you miss your scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice or arriving excessively late beyond the grace period. Your deposit will be forfeited and a full cost of the booked service must be paid before booking any other appointment.

EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

Allow for exceptions in case of genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the cancellation or no-show fees might be waived, showing understanding and compassion towards the client's situation.

CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS POLICY

At Warren Anthony Hair Salon, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. While complaints are rare, we take them seriously and use your feedback to improve.

Our Process:

• If you’re unhappy with our service, let us know either while you’re at the salon or shortly after

NO LONGER THAN 2 WEEKS AFTER APPOINTMENT

• Clearly explain the issue, and we will listen carefully to understand your concerns.

• We aim to resolve all complaints within four weeks.

• If you’ve left the salon, avoid seeking corrections elsewhere so we can assess the service ourselves.

• We will schedule a time for you to come back and discuss your concern privately.

• If we agree your complaint is valid, we’ll redo the service free of charge, or offer a partial/full refund where appropriate.

Important Note Regarding Self-Employed Stylists:

Natasha is a self-employed stylist working from Warren Anthony Hair Salon. Any complaints regarding her services will be passed directly to her.
Warren can support Natasha with corrections if required, but please note that if you choose to change stylist, the service will be charged at the full price.
